Pay: $14.00 per hour
Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating Schedule | Weekends Required
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a dependable
Dock Worker in Clarksburg, WV for a local client. This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals interested in
warehouse work, loading and unloading, shipping and receiving, material handling, or general labor .
The Dock Worker will help keep daily warehouse and dock operations running efficiently by
loading and unloading trucks, sorting shipments, staging materials, and maintaining an organized work area .
Previous warehouse or dock experience is a plus, but
experience is not required .
Dock Worker Responsibilities - Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Move products and materials throughout the dock and warehouse.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations .
- Prepare and organize freight for movement or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized loading dock.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Work with team members to keep freight and materials moving efficiently.
- Assist with additional warehouse, material handling, and general labor duties as needed.
Dock Worker Qualifications - Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds .
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physically active work throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse, dock, shipping and receiving, freight, or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to safety and organization.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional warehouse responsibilities.
Schedule & Pay - $14.00 per hour
- 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Rotating work schedule
- Weekend availability is required
- Employees will receive two consecutive days off
- Day-shift opportunity
