Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and service of all meals and beverages for residents, visitors, and staff according to policies and procedures. Clear and clean kitchen, dining area, and catering equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques following policies and procedures. Advise residents on menu choice in a way that gives maximum choice. Assist in cleaning the dining room and kitchen after dinner service.
